At Vitalis Healthcare, we take great pride in our work and our mission to enhance the quality of life of our clients through personalized home care. If for any reason you would like to discontinue the service, you can cancel your care contract and receive a full refund within 14 days of starting the service.
Please contact your case manager at info@vitalishealthcare.com to cancel your contract and receive your full refund. Cancellation requests must be sent by email to the case manager. Note that you can only receive a full refund if you cancel your contract within 14 days of starting the service.
